HAMS AND SAUSAGES

One of the mainstays of Spanish gastronomy are our meat products and especially our heavenly Iberian hams and sausages: hams of Iberian pigs raised free-range - with acorns, juicy lightly salted “cecina” (cured meat) and sweet and spicy chorizos -with just the right touch of paprika-, as well as other cured and smoked sausages, all with a clear Spanish character. As it could not be any other way with these divine products, which are supervised by 12 PDOs (Protected Designation of Origin).
