CHEESES

Spanish cheeses are as varied as there are regions and animal herds in our country. This permits us to offer cheeses for all tastes and all occasions. This way we will find cheeses made with all types of milk: cow, sheep or goat, or a mixture of any of these, and all with varying degrees of maturity: fresh, non-cured, semi mature or mature. Apart from the way the milk is treated, each region has their own recipes, sweet peppered, in wine, smoked or cave cured – this gives each cheese its personality. More than 25 PDOs and PGIs guarantee the essence of Spanish cheeses.
