Deliveries

 

To where do we deliver?

We deliver to all Spain and the European Union. Please take into account that we do not send to P.O. boxes. Contact us on clienets@porprincipio.com or +34 91 4313798 mon-fri 10am-8pm for deliveries to other countries.

How much does transport cost?

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar you must add 20€ for custom fees and taxes, which you will pay when you receive your order. Orders to these countries are VAT free.

Andorra: to the cost of transport you must add 25€ for each 1000€ of order to cover customs fees.

When will my order arrive?

It is important that you take into account the date and the hour at which you place your order.

Time: if you place your order before 1:30pm (ZET) on a working day your order will be prepared that same afternoon and will be sent that evening which will arrive the following day if it is to be delivered in the Spanish Peninsula.

Date: if you place your order after 1:30pm Thursday and before 1:30pm Friday your order will arrive on Monday (Spanish Peninsula)

If you place your order after 1:30pm on Friday (or the eve of a holiday) or during the weekend (holiday),your order will not leave until the night of the next working day arriving at its destiny the following day (Spanish Peninsula)

 

What is the procedure having placed my order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.

Email/SMS: we will advise you by email and/or SMS when your order leaves our warehouse. Before the reception of this email or SMS you may cancel or modify your order.

Email of delivery: we will confirm that your order has arrived at its destiny. In the case of non-delivery caused by the absence of the recipient you will receive an email or SMS proposing a new date of delivery.

 

What should I do when I receive the order?

We recommend that you open the parcel and check that everything is in order and has not been damaged in transit. Put in the refrigerator immediately those products that need it. If your parcel arrives obviously deteriorated with signs of dampness, do not accept it and indicate in the delivery note your reason for refusal and contact us as soon as possible (orders@porprincipio.com or +34 914313797 mon-fri 10am-8pm) we will find a solution.

 

 

Returns


 

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

 

Returns for change of mind

If you decide to return your order because you have changed your mind we will ask for any explanation, but you must pay the delivery charge and the cost of return. You must return the parcel in its original condition without having broken the seal.

 

Return for faulty product/mistake/or in bad condition.

We would be very sorry if any item deteriorates during transport or that we have made a mistake in packing. Please let us know the circumstances and we will refund the cost of the item or will send you a replacement without any extra charge once we have solved the problem.

 

How do I make a return?

Contact us by email (orders@porprincipio.com) or phone us: +344313797 (mon-fri 10am-8pm) and have on hand your order number.

In the case that you wish to return a faulty product, let us know which, explain the problem an if possible send us a photo.

All products of Porprincipio.com are treated with maximum care but if when opened you find that a product is not in good condition, please take into account that we will only accept the return if at least 80% of the contents have not been consumed. We will find a solution as soon as possible.
